Salary $60,000 USD and includes relocation package to Georgia which includes flight and help with accomodation.

Your Role

As an Accountant, you will be a vital part of our financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and supporting decision-making at the highest level. You’ll handle key accounting processes, assist with forecasting, and support our expansion into new markets.

What will you do as an Accountant

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenses to ensure optimal financial health.
• Collaborate with management to provide data-driven insights and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Manage tax filings, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Work cross-functionally with HR, audit, and operations teams to streamline financial processes.
• Assist with the financial aspects of the company’s expansion into new markets.

What makes you a great Digital Marketing Accountant?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally within iGaming, fintech, or a similar digital business.
• Expertise in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS and international financial reporting standards.
• Attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
• Fluent in Turkish (required) and conversational in English (B1 or higher).
• Willingness to relocate to Europe and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
