• SAP TechOps Team, you will be tasked with managing and overseeing SAP support engagements, ensuring they are monitored for quality/on time delivery/SLA Governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably with SAP engagement
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in SAP
• Good understanding of SAP modules and functionalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a global setting with multi-regional teams, understanding cultural nuances and time zone differences and across shifts
• Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work including ability to do shifts and being on call for critical business requirements
