Job Description
Job Summary
Directly engages in field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations; also, includes various leadership roles that support the overall strategy and execution of field-based operations. Provides operational support to the production team throughout the course of the real estate transaction process (prior to, in progress, and post-closing) for clientele. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality review of data stored in client files and/or company production systems, ensuring information captured is error-free and accurate
- Reviews quality reports to identify trends, issues and root causes and makes recommendations for change
- Participates in implementing quality processes to ensure operations are of the highest quality
- Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
- Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work
- Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
- Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures
- Communicates and explains complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others
- Works under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
- Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities
