We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Business Analyst.This position plays a key role in defining, leading, and delivering end-to-end data solutions, from raw data gathering to dashboard delivery. You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood, translated, and implemented into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate is a senior-level professional with strong communication and leadership skills, deep understanding of data ecosystems, and the ability to navigate complex technical discussions with confidence and clarity.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Business Analyst in data-centric environments;
- Proven experience in the manufacturing and/or supply chain sector is a MUST;
- Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and cross-functional meetings;
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) — able to convey complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Strong experience writing advanced SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and validation;
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data governance principles;
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or other BI tools for data visualization;
- Experience working with databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, or Databricks highly preferred);
- Ability to operate independently and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience collaborating with data engineers and BI developers in multidisciplinary teams (typically 4–5 members).
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder surveys, workshops, and meetings to gather and refine business and technical requirements;
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and data engineering/BI teams;
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and documentation;
- Support analysis, mapping, and modeling of data from various source systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP);
- Ensure consistent data granularity and hierarchy across datasets (e.g., SKU, PU, territory, HCP, customer channel) to support analytics, sales planning, and reporting;
- Maintain documentation including data dictionaries, transformation rules, and metric definitions aligned with the organization's data lifecycle;
- Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers to define KPIs, dashboards, and analytical models;
- Participate in discussions around data architecture and modeling, ideally aligned with Medallion-based architecture principles;
- Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure project milestones are met on time;
- Confidently manage client expectations, provide feedback, and push back when necessary to ensure project quality and feasibility.
