We’re looking for an Instructional Designer who knows how to turn business needs into engaging, practical learning experiences. If you love building content that actually sticks, and partnering with the business to make it matter, this is your role.
Requirements
- Design and develop engaging, learner-centered training using adult learning principles
- Create content across formats (eLearning, ILT, virtual, job aids, facilitator guides)
- Translate business needs into clear, effective learning solutions
- Facilitate training sessions and gather real-time feedback for continuous improvement
- Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to build relevant, impactful content
- Maintain and update existing learning materials for accuracy and consistency
- Prepare and launch courses within the LMS, ensuring quality and usability
- Contribute ideas to elevate learning effectiveness and engagement
