The role involves delivering high-quality support via email, SMS, and occasional phone support during U.S. Pacific hours. Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries and feedback, resolving issues, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success, operations, or client service (U.S. accounts preferred)
