Join blp, a high-performance ETH and HSG spin-off redefining ERP automation with AI. As a Functional Consultant & Project Manager, you'll lead end-to-end implementations of our Native-AI-powered ERP automation products, helping customers reimagine their processes and maximize automation rates.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills — you can translate business needs into technical action
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients
