Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated FileNet Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of IBM FileNet-based solutions, supporting critical business processes and document management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions based on IBM FileNet P8
- Configure and customise FileNet components, including workflows and document classes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FileNet applications
- Participate in system integration with other enterprise platforms
- Maintain technical documentation and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience with IBM FileNet (P8 platform preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems
- Experience with Java, APIs, and integration technologies
- Familiarity with workflow design and business process automation
- Understanding of databases (e.g., Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with IBM Case Manager or Business Automation Workflow
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern architectures
- Previous experience working in remote or distributed teams
