Customer Service Representative - Italian Speaker to join the Post Sales department and provide clear and friendly support in Italian and English, handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats from customers, investigating, advising, and resolving pre-sales and after-sales queries.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian, English, and Spanish
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support services
- Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
- Proactive team player
- Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
