About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, creator-led content operation operating at the intersection of performance marketing and social media. The company focuses on producing high-volume, repeatable creator content distributed across major platforms, with a strong emphasis on execution quality, consistency, and measurable performance outcomes.
Role Overview
The Creative Account Manager serves as the primary bridge between client brand teams and the creator production network. This role owns campaign execution end-to-end, ensuring creator content aligns with brand strategy, creative guidelines, and campaign objectives while maintaining strong client satisfaction. Unlike traditional creator community roles, this position is deeply client-facing and requires hands-on experience managing advertising deliverables, approvals, and campaign workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced advertising environments and understands how to translate brand requirements into high-performing creator output.

Core Responsibilities
Client & Campaign Ownership

Serve as the primary point of contact for client brand managers.
Manage campaign expectations, timelines, and creative deliverables.
Translate client briefs into clear execution plans for creators.
Lead client check-ins, manage feedback loops, and ensure satisfaction.
Creative Execution & Brand Compliance
30%
Ensure creators adhere to brand guidelines, messaging, and tone.
Review content for accuracy, brand safety, and campaign alignment.
Coordinate revisions and approvals between client teams and creators.
Maintain creative consistency across multiple deliverables and campaigns.
Creator Production Enablement
20%
Communicate campaign direction clearly and consistently to creators.
Support creators with clarifications, guardrails, and creative resources.
Identify production blockers early and resolve them quickly.
Reinforce that creators are executing branded advertising, not personal content.
Advertising Ops & Workflow Management
10%
Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, and reporting status.
Maintain organized workflows across multiple active accounts.
Escalate risks, delays, or misalignment to leadership promptly.
Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Campaign Management within advertising agencies, creative studios, influencer marketing firms, or performance marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of branded content and advertising production workflows.
- Experience managing creative deliverables tied to client expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders (clients and creators).
- Comfortable enforcing brand guidelines while maintaining positive relationships.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
- Background in paid social creative strategy or performance marketing.
- Experience managing creator or influencer campaigns in an agency setting.
- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram ad formats and content trends.
- Experience managing creative approval and revision workflows.
