Software Developer & IT Trainer (m/f/d) for MS Power Apps & Filemaker – Team

Project-Based

Description

About the project & our setup: For a 12-month IT project in the field of international media development cooperation, we are looking for a lead developer and IT trainer (m/f/d). What makes this assignment special: We're looking for a true "frontman" or "frontwoman." The formal evaluation of the client's proposal will be based primarily on the resume and references of this single lead person. However, you don't necessarily have to handle the tasks alone! Operating as a small service provider or having a team behind you is expressly permitted. Partial tasks can be divided within your team (e.g., pure programming tasks, support tickets, or creating manuals), provided this is clearly communicated. You will act as the central face and the responsible point of contact for the client. Key data: Duration: 12 months (expected 01.05.2026

  • 30.04.2027). Workload (part-time): This is not a full-time position. It is calculated at approximately 880 hours spread over 12 months (approximately 9 days/month on average) with flexible on-call availability. Location: Remote service (teleservice) is generally possible. For support and on-site appointments, Bonn and Berlin are considered the locations of use. A willingness to travel is expected. Availability: Comprehensive availability on working days (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00) as well as flexibility for short-term support on ad-hoc issues. Application: Please send us a detailed CV of the proposed lead consultant (tailored precisely to the required technical and pedagogical criteria) along with your desired hourly rates. Since we can divide tasks, please provide separate hourly rates for IT development, IT training & support, creation of learning materials, and IT consulting. Please also briefly outline your team's internal structure.
