BCM Consultant (m/f/d) DORA Expertise

For our client, we are seeking a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Consultant (m/f/d) with DORA expertise, starting in April. Responsibilities include: Practical Coaching Sessions

• Conducting at least 10 individual or group coaching sessions and on-the-job training sessions per week throughout the project. These sessions aim to directly integrate the acquired knowledge into daily work and enhance employees' problem-solving skills. Success will be evaluated through qualitative feedback sessions with the coached employees and their managers. Deep Dive Documentation
• Creating detailed documentation and outcome reports for all conducted deep dive workshops, including presentation materials, exercises, and identified measures. These documents serve as a knowledge resource for the teams and support the long-term integration of knowledge within the company. Optimized Plans
• Revising and validating existing business continuity and crisis plans to ensure their effectiveness and relevance. At least 90% of critical plans should be updated and tested through practical exercises within eight weeks to confirm compliance with DORA's regulatory requirements. In-depth analyses
• Review of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) for at least 90% of business processes, enabling a precise assessment of the potential impact of business interruptions on the company and providing a basis for targeted safeguards. The quality of the BIAs is assessed through internal stakeholder reviews and compliance with industry best practices. Skills: - The consulting services require demonstrable and in-depth knowledge of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). - ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management System) certification is mandatory and must be documented accordingly. We expect the consultants to be able to communicate these regulatory and standardized requirements in a practical manner and support our teams in their implementation.
