We are seeking a Product Owner for a long-term, strategic digitalization project in the logistics sector. Location: Bern (hybrid work possible - team day on-site on Wednesdays) Contract model: Project-based employment, residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate Start date: Immediately or by agreement Desired start date: April 20, 2026 End date: March 31, 2027 About the project You will be part of a high-priority, strategic digitalization program in the logistics sector. The goal is the comprehensive consolidation and modernization of business-critical shipment data across various complex systems. In this key role, you will be centrally responsible for developing and implementing the requirements, particularly in the context of high-precision data calculation. You will shape the future "single source of truth" for shipment data and ensure that functionality, data quality, and technical integrations go hand in hand. Your responsibilities You will connect the product strategy with the overarching project vision for modernizing the shipment data landscape. Together with business analysts and subject matter experts, you ensure that the product strategy, as a system, provides consistent and high-quality shipment data

• a core element of the project. Your decisions directly impact the quality, stability, and further development of a central logistics data platform. You stabilize the environment, clarify priorities and procedures, and actively contribute to constructive, solution-oriented collaboration. Your responsibilities include: Backlog Management: You manage, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, make decisions regarding its sequence, and ensure the team delivers maximum value. Agile Coordination: You contribute product requirements to PI Planning (SAFe), advocate for prioritizations, and promote cross-team value creation. End-to-End Analysis: You holistically analyze business requirements, clarify their impact on the central platform and surrounding systems, and formulate clear acceptance criteria (DoR/DoD). Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with development teams and interface managers, coordinate dependencies, and moderate technical discussions. Your Profile: You have a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science and several years of experience as a Product Owner and/or in Business Analysis/Requirements Engineering with in-depth technical knowledge. You are a strong team player and enjoy working towards a common goal with your colleagues. You are goal-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive on challenges. You communicate complex issues effectively to different audiences (technical/IT/management) and make transparent, data-driven, and impact-oriented decisions. Excellent German skills and good English skills complete your profile.
