Description
• Organization and administration of the specialist project • Coordination of collaboration with other sub-projects within SOL+ regarding rights of way • Monitoring/control of compliance with all HSE guidelines • Conducting negotiations with owners, users, and municipalities • Implementation/planning of notification measures • Management of objections • Handling of special cases • Preparation of relevant applications and execution of procedures, e.g., for toleration, compensation determination, early possession • Management and documentation of processes in LARA • Independent calculation of deadlines and deadline monitoring • Independent management, monitoring, deadline and quality control • Monitoring of compliance with all permitting requirements and advising the permitting department on permitting matters according to NABEG • Contract and cost monitoring of all work carried out in the specialist project
