The following tasks await you as a VIP IT Supporter: - Personal and prioritized support for executives and key users - Fast and high-quality problem solving in the IT environment - Individual customization of end devices (laptops, iPhones, iPads) according to customer requirements - Support and configuration of multi-factor authentication (MFA) - Support in the use of conference systems (e.g., Polycom, Lenovo ThinkSmart) 100% on-site work in Neuperlach Süd, remote work possible only in exceptional cases! Your profile: - Strong customer and service orientation as well as a professional demeanor - Well-groomed appearance and confident, friendly manner in direct customer contact - Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to remain structured and calm even under pressure - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and MS Teams - Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Citrix Workspace - Ability to confidently conduct training sessions and presentations for groups (up to 12 participants) - Fluent German (written and spoken), good English skills
