• Senior Application Developer
• kwsoft M/TEXT TONIC (m/f/d) We are looking for an experienced individual in the field of output management and template development to strengthen our team in Bern. Bern | 100% | Starting May 2026 | Remote work up to 30% possible | Approx. 6+ months About the role You will play a key role in a modern, agile environment and be responsible for the migration, development, and maintenance of complex output management solutions. You will translate business and operational requirements into clean, maintainable implementations
• and actively contribute to the further development of existing standards. What you can expect: Migration of existing templates to kwsoft M/TEXT TONIC; Testing of migrated templates and close coordination with the specialist departments; Development of complex templates for automated processing; Further development and optimization of existing development standards in close collaboration with the Tech Lead; Ongoing optimization and quality assurance within the team. What you bring: At least 5 years of professional experience in output management, preferably with kwsoft M/TEXT TONIC; Very good knowledge of Java or comparable programming languages; Solid experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS; Practical experience with Git; Experience in the insurance sector is an absolute must
• applications without this background cannot be considered; Strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm for agile software development; Fluent German, both written and spoken; Advantageous: Knowledge of Jira & SQL; Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
