• Prepare and analyze financial statements, sales, inventory and reports to provide insights into business performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to help guide company financial planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile financial data and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Identify trends and potential risks by conducting detailed financial analysis and recommending appropriate actions.
• Assist in audit processes and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceuticals. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant Analyst or similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to varied audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and standards is highly desirable.
