The Opportunity Working closely with project teams, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of major high-end fit-out projects, including luxury hospitality, commercial buildings, and iconic developments. The role can be based in Ras Al Khaimah or Dubai, with the option of hybrid working. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts • Oversee procurement processes, including preparation of BOQs, tender documents, and bid evaluations • Conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works (including variations and change orders) • Assess subcontractor packages, negotiate terms, and support contract administration • Ensure accurate cost reporting, commercial governance, and alignment with project requirements • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and senior leadership across multiple international locations • Support value engineering initiatives and provide commercial insights to optimise project delivery. Requirements: • Experience working in the Middle East. • Strong background in interior fit-out, luxury finishes, or specialist stone subcontracting • Proven experience on large-scale, high-end, or iconic interior projects • 8+ years’ Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management experience • Strong understanding of international construction contracts and commercial processes • Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with cross-border teams • High-level proficiency in cost management software and measurement tools Why Apply? • Opportunity to join a respected international group delivering world-class interior projects • Competitive salary and package. • Flexible working structure — option for some hybrid working Salary: AED 15,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
