This is a contract-based, hybrid role that combines onsite leadership and remote flexibility. The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and business plans, overseeing financial operations, managing organizational growth, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring optimal operational efficiencies. The role also involves large-scale decision-making to navigate financial markets, identify investment opportunities, and align organizational goals with long-term success. Requirements: Strong expertise in Finance, including investment analysis, budgeting, and financial strategy development Proficient in Operations Management and Business Planning to ensure smooth daily operations and long-term growth Demonstrated ability in Sales and client relationship management, with a focus on achieving organizational targets Experience in formulating and implementing Strategic Planning to ensure alignment with market trends and organizational objectives Exceptional leadership, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills Proven management experience, preferably within the financial or investment sectors A relevant bachelor's degree, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred Knowledge of the MENA region and experience operating in global markets is an advantage About the Company Propel Consult delivers a service in step with the needs of both our client companies and candidates.
