The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale and luxurious joinery works, coordinating with teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all joinery construction activities on site.
- Manage and lead joinery teams and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure joinery work meets design expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Manage procurement of joinery materials and resources efficiently.
- Prepare reports on project status, progress, and any issues to senior management. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager with specialisation in joinery projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and installation processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience and knowledge with/of UAE construction regulations and safety standards is ESSENTIAL. Salary: AED 23,000 to 27,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
