The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to handle confidential matters with discretion. Key Responsibilities: • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager • Manage and maintain the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meetings • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes in Arabic and English • Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communications • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation • Translate documents and communications (Arabic ?
