The ideal candidate will support the registration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role demands excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, aimed at facilitating smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities:

• Manage and process registration documents accurately and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during registration procedures.
• Maintain organized records of registrations and related documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to coordinate registration activities.
• Assist in resolving registration issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support as needed to enhance the registration process.
• Stay updated with changes in registration regulations and standards relevant to the industry. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in registration or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
