You’ll manage onboarding and offboarding, employee file accuracy, HR letters, policy queries, and coordination with payroll and PRO/visa teams. You’ll ensure HR data integrity, support audits, and help standardise HR processes to improve turnaround times and employee experience. You’ll work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to keep HR operations running smoothly and compliantly. Requirements: 3–6+ years of HR operations experience in the UAE, ideally within shared services, industrial, logistics, or large multi-site organisations. Strong knowledge of HR admin processes, documentation, and HRIS/Excel reporting. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable dealing with employees and managers professionally and confidentially. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Arabic is a plus. Salary: AED 14,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
