You will own sales performance, pricing strategy, channel management, and commercial governance across the portfolio. You’ll build and lead high-performing sales and commercial teams, set targets and reporting cadence, and partner with Finance, Development, and Marketing to ensure strong go-to-market execution. This role requires a senior leader who can balance strategy with hands-on delivery, stakeholder management, and disciplined forecasting. Requirements: 12–18+ years of commercial leadership experience within real estate development, property, or large-scale project sales in the UAE/GCC. Proven track record leading sales/commercial teams, delivering revenue targets, and managing pricing and pipeline governance. Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership and external partners. Strong understanding of market dynamics, buyer segments, and channel performance. Degree required; MBA preferred. Strong leadership presence, structured execution, and high accountability. Salary: AED 70,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
