The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and safety of construction projects through rigorous inspection and compliance with engineering standards and regulations. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of civil and structural components at various stages of construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and project documentation to identify potential issues and ensure alignment with construction progress.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to address any non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest building codes, regulations, and industry best practices relevant to civil and structural engineering. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years experience in civil/structural inspection within consultancy or construction sectors, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection assignments efficiently.
• Professional certification or licensure in civil or structural engineering is desirable.
• Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to project scheduling requirements. Salary: AED 10,000 to 11,480 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
