The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on site activities, milestones, and issues.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the construction team.
• Manage resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
• Identify and resolve issues or delays, providing proactive solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Inspect work for quality assurance and compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior supervisors and site staff to enhance their performance and professional development. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction supervision, preferably in consultancy firms.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and quality standards in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to change.
• Valid UAE driving license and readiness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in all aspects of construction operations. Salary: AED 18,000 to 21,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
