The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining health and safety regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment in the heart of the UAE's growing construction sector. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report regularly to project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage teams of workers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on all construction sites.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks to guarantee work meets design and safety specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to resolve site issues and optimize workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation including reports, work logs, and compliance records.
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling to optimize operational efficiency. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role within the consultancy industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in relevant construction management software and tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and experience working on construction sites in Abu Dhabi is preferred. Salary: AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
