This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in geotechnical design and analysis, particularly within infrastructure and large-scale construction projects. About the Role As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering advanced geotechnical design solutions, supporting complex projects, and providing technical leadership within the team. Key Responsibilities • Perform geotechnical analyses including: • Foundation design (shallow and deep) Prepare: • Conduct risk assessments related to soil and groundwater conditions • Ensure compliance with international standards and project requirements • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers • Participate in design reviews and client presentations Requirements: To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: • Master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering • Minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering • Strong experience in design and analysis (not only site supervision) • Experience working on infrastructure, buildings, or heavy civil projects • Proficiency in geotechnical software such as: • PLAXIS 2D / 3D • Strong knowledge of: • Experience in project leadership and team mentoring • Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, or equivalent • Experience in large-scale or complex projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills About the Company About Us Helping professionals grow.
