Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and due diligence to identify client risks and opportunities in distressed situations.
• Develop and implement tailored recovery and restructuring plans to help clients mitigate financial challenges and maximize value.
• Advise clients on insolvency procedures and legal frameworks in the UAE, ensuring compliance and effective management of insolvency cases.
• Liaise with stakeholders including creditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth restructuring and recovery processes.
• Prepare detailed reports, financial models, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations c Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIRA) are advantageous.
• Proven experience in financial restructuring, turnaround management, insolvency advisory, or a related consultancy role within the finance services sector.
• Strong understanding of UAE’s insolvency laws and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse client relationships effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English; additional knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
