Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Engineering - Civil & Construction Company Industry Construction • Coordinate with Proposals and Design departments on contractual, technical, and documentation matters related to assigned projects. • Track and manage client communications; maintain proper documentation and safe custody of project records. • Monitor manpower, machinery mobilization/demobilization, and material logistics in line with project execution plans. • Collect and review project performance data; report deviations and support corrective actions. • Monitor project budgets, costs, expenses, and revenues; provide financial inputs to reporting authority. • Prepare and follow up on monthly client invoices as per contract terms and ensure timely collection of dues. • Prepare and consolidate MIS reports for clients and management. • Support project closure activities including documentation, PAC/FAC approvals, and retention collection. • Maintain proper project documentation archive for future reference and knowledge management.
