Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Engineering - Civil & Construction Company Industry Construction • Implement and monitor health & safety programs in compliance with local regulations and company policies. • Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. • Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and unusual occurrences; prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures. • Develop and deliver safety training programs and awareness sessions. • Coordinate with site managers, engineers, surveyors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure safety compliance. • Act as liaison between management, clients, and regulatory authorities on safety matters. • Monitor compliance with HSE standards and maintain proper safety documentation. • Participate in emergency response planning and safety committee meetings. • Track closure of audit findings and ensure continuous safety improvement. Requirements: • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management • Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification • Accident Investigation & Reporting • Safety Audits & Compliance Monitoring • Training & Safety Awareness Programs • Knowledge of OSHA / Local Safety Regulations • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent ( with regular collage study) from reputed university. NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, NEBOSH Idip, CSP or Equivalent, Level 7 Diploma in HSE, ISO Internal/Lead Auditor ISO 45001, ISO 14001,Incident Investigation Course, Train The Trainer Certificate any course Environmental safety Certificate. • 4
