Role overview Supporting day-to-day logistics and reverse-logistics activities. Works under guidance to ensure timely deliveries, accurate records and smooth returns handling while contributing to basic reporting and operational tasks. Key tasks Monitor basic logistics KPIs and prepare routine performance reports and dashboards for the team Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and stores; track delivery status and update stakeholders Process returns and disposals following established procedures; raise exceptions to senior staff Update inventory and returns records in supply-chain systems; assist with stock reconciliations and investigations Communicate day-to-day operational issues with stores, suppliers and internal teams; escalate when needed Support audits, documentation control and vendor admin tasks (paperwork, bookings, tracking) Assist with small process-improvement tasks and follow up on action items from meetings Ideal candidate Experience in logistics, retail operations or supply-chain admin Bas
