The ideal candidate will play a vital role in preparing accurate and detailed structural drawings that comply with project specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural drawings and plans using CAD software based on engineering specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
• Review and modify drawings as necessary to incorporate design changes or adjustments.
• Ensure all drawings meet local regulations, standards, and safety codes.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drafted plans and revisions.
• Assist in the preparation of material lists and structural details to support construction activities.
• Support project teams in troubleshooting design or construction issues related to structural elements. Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Structural Draftsman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting tools.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple drawing revisions.
• Familiarity with local building codes and Dubai construction standards is preferred.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in drafting, civil engineering, or related field.
