• Analyze and design structural components and systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to develop project specifications and drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.
• Prepare detailed reports, calculations, and documentation for design proposals and permitting processes.
• Use engineering software for modeling and structural analysis to deliver optimized solutions.
• Identify potential risks and provide viable engineering solutions to mitigate them.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovations to enhance design efficacy. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Professional license or certification as a Structural Engineer preferred.
• Proven experience in structural design and analysis within the UAE or similar markets.
• Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and standards such as Eurocodes, ACI, or local UAE standards.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site as required and travel for project inspections.
