Responsibilities Our newest opportunity is for a commercially astute and analytically strong Commercial Manager to join our PMCM Division. This role is designed for a candidate with a solid accounting or commerce background, complemented by strong financial analysis capabilities and experience in managing receivables and payment follow-ups. Unlike traditional commercial roles, this position operates at the division level, focusing on financial performance, business insights, and strategic support across the PMCM portfolio rather than individual projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial visibility, improving cash flow, and supporting data-driven decision-making at a business unit level. We envisage success in this role to include: Division-Level Financial Management Monitor and analyze financial performance across the PMCM Division, including revenue, margins, and cost structures Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans Track key financial metrics such as utilization rates, revenue trends, and profitability at a consolidated level Financial Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership Provide
