Role overview The Marketing Trainee will support the marketing team in the execution of brand, digital, and retail initiatives. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to campaign planning, content coordination, reporting, and operational follow-ups while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. What you'll be doing

  1. Campaign & activation support Assist in the coordination and rollout of seasonal campaigns and brand activations. Support in preparing campaign briefs and consolidating agency deliverables. Track timelines and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders. Assist in event logistics and on-ground activations when required.
  2. Content & digital support Support omnichannel content calendar. Coordinate with creative/design teams on required assets. Assist in proofreading captions and ensuring brand tone consistency. Monitor live campaigns and flag any inconsistencies or performance concerns.
