Preparing and reviewing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, etc.). • Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Maintain accurate general ledger records and financial reconciliations. • Assist in financial restructuring and M&A initiatives (mergers and acquisitions). • Conducting forensic accounting, audits, fraud detection, and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls. Requirements: About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Qualifications: • Open to Filipino nationals from 35 years old and below. • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with CPA certification required. • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Xero, NetSuite, Oracle Financials) and Microsoft Excel. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting, with experience in financial forecasting, auditing, tax preparation, and familiarity with ERP systems, tax compliance tools, and reporting software.
