The role requires strong expertise in financial modeling, cash flow management, and Bahrain regulatory processes. Key Responsibilities • Assess project profitability using IRR, NPV, and ROI. • Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial feasibility studies. • Oversee project-based and multi-entity accounting. • Ensure accurate revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Manage property transaction documentation and financial processes. • Coordinate with banks for project financing and loans. • Ensure compliance with Bahrain regulations and statutory requirements. • Identify and mitigate financial risks. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred). • 7+ years of experience, preferably in real estate or construction. • Strong financial modeling and ERP experience. • Knowledge of Bahrain property and regulatory processes.
