The role focuses on managing corporate and local accounts, driving MICE business, and supporting catering sales through proactive client engagement. Manage and grow existing corporate and local accounts Actively source new business through calls, visits, and networking Handle MICE inquiries (meetings, conferences, events) from lead to conversion Support catering sales and coordinate with operations for smooth execution Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on quotations Conduct site inspections and client presentations Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business Qualifications Arabic speaker (mandatory) Minimum 2-3 years experience in luxury hotel environment or F&B sales Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE, and catering segments Good negotiation and communication skills Target-oriented and proactive approach Additional information Your team and working environment: Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is a 5-star luxury hotel with 262 luxury rooms and suites including 1 royal suite, 6 opera suites, 21 prestige suites, 32 club millesime rooms, 202 luxury rooms, 5 restaurants and 4 bars, 1 grand ballroom, 2 meeting rooms, beach club, kids club and the first Thalassa Spa in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (GCC).
