Overview of the Role We are seeking a passionate and customer focused Sales Executive to join our Honda Sales team in Oman. In this role, you will drive the sales performance of Honda vehicles by achieving monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets while providing a first class experience to every customer. You will be the face of the brand—guiding customers through their automotive journey and ensuring they receive exceptional service at every touchpoint. What You Will Do Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction (CSI) scores. Follow company prescribed sales policies and procedures to ensure standardization and operational excellence. Accurately record all customer interactions using Connect CRM or similar OMASCO systems. Assist in maintaining showroom standards and participate in internal and external events to promote Honda products. Introduce customers to Line Managers or Branch Managers when appropriate. Sell Finance & Insurance (F&I) products such as GAP, Protect Plus, and Insurance. Promote and sell accessories and paint protection systems. Stay updated on product ranges, features, industry trends, and competitor activities. Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities and customer needs. Prepare and improvise reports to support management requirements. Ensure strict adherence to company procedures for handling cash and credit transactions. Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager aligned with the role’s responsibilities. Required Skills to Be Successful 1–2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in consumer durables or similar industries. Strong English communication skills (Arabic language skills are an advantage). A proactive, hardworking, and motivated attitude toward sales and customer service.
