This role ensures that the store meets sales objectives while providing excellent service and maintaining brand standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES General • Meet or exceed sales objectives in alignment with company targets. • Manage retail discounts and promotions within established parameters. • Demonstrate advanced selling skills and train staff on effective sales techniques. • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management to minimize stockouts. • Maintain high standards of store upkeep and visual merchandising. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuity. • Analyze business performance and assess customer requirements through CRM initiatives. • Lead and develop a cohesive team by supervising staff, providing coaching, and appraising job performance. • Act as a liaison with the head office, providing structured feedback for continuous improvement. • Gather and share market intelligence to inform store strategies. Requirements: BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role. • Comprehensive understanding of sales strategies and retail operations. Skills • In-depth knowledge of products and brands within the store. • Strong understanding of competing brands and market trends. • Excellent leadership and motivational skills. • Superior written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to foster lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
