They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to be based in Bahrain Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Drive sales by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products and effective selling techniques.
  • Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior sales associates to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and work with management to achieve revenue targets.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in the store. Requirements: Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a sales or in watch sales retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail or high-end sales environment.
  • Experience in handling high-value transactions and VIP clients.
