Process Automation Engineer

Proven Process Mastery: Experience in Business Process Optimization (BPO) or Operational Excellence, with a deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. AI Implementation: A track record of actually deploying AI tools or automation workflows to solve specific business bottlenecks. Change Management: Experience leading teams through technical or operational transitions. Data Literacy: Ability to look at "Yield" and "Cycle Time" data to prove the ROI of your process changes. Lead the design and implementation of automated, end-to-end workflows that optimize the Rokitplace value chain for luxury travel design and fulfillment. Apply lean principles (Muda, continuous flow) to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for automation that scale impact across the organization. Collaborate with product and design to translate business goals into automated solutions, dashboards, and governance models. Develop and deploy AI-assisted tooling to reduce manual tasks, improve accuracy, and accelerate designer output by 10x. Establish metrics, monitoring, and incident response for automation pipelines to ensure reliability and continuous improvement. Mentor and align with a senior, focused team to ensure solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with product vision. Champion user-centric design and performance excellence, balancing speed with quality and safety in automated workflows. Own the backlog, define acceptance criteria, and validate outcomes with stakeholders across design, ops, and tech teams. Project scope centers on re-engineering the Rokitplace value chain by turning manual, high-friction tasks into elegant, AI-assisted workflows. The goal is to unlock 10x growth in designer output without compromising quality or team well-being, and to embed data-driven, automated processes across planning, booking, and design validation. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering to design scalable automation that improves speed, accuracy, and satisfaction for both internal teams and our discerning clients.
