Email Design & Artist Communications Design user lifecycle emails from end to end—onboarding, product announcements, release drops, and re-engagement flows Create artist and label communications including partner emails, campaign recaps, and feature walkthroughs Build and maintain scalable email templates that hold up across campaigns without breaking brand Make sure every email that leaves EVEN feels intentional, not templated Landing Pages & Web Design Design and build campaign pages, feature launch pages, and partner-facing pages in Framer Turn marketing briefs into visually sharp, conversion-focused page layouts Own the quality bar for every web touchpoint that sits outside of product—no exceptions Work with growth and product marketing to make sure page strategy ties back to campaign goals Playbooks & Educational Content Design onboarding playbooks, how-to guides, and best practice docs that help artists get more out of EVEN Build case study presentations and artist success stories that support sales and partnerships Take complex product features and make them visual, clear, and worth reading Marketing Collateral & Campaign Assets Design pitch decks, one-pagers, and partner materials that help the team close deals Produce social assets, campaign visuals, and creative for paid and organic channels Support fundraising efforts with investor-facing presentations and materials Hold brand consistency across every format—email, web, social, print, and presentatio What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills 3–7+ years deg marketing assets at a tech company, startup, agency, or creative brand—music, media, or entertainment experience is a strong plus Fluent in Figma with clean, production-ready output Experienced building responsive landing pages in Framer Strong understanding of email design systems, modular templates, and cross-client rendering Sharp visual instincts with the range to go from a polished investor deck to a punchy Instagram carousel Good enough with copy to know when the words and the layout aren’t working together Self-directed—you manage your own time, flag blockers early, and deliver without babysitting We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to own every piece of design that lives outside the product. Emails, landing pages, playbooks, pitch decks, campaign assets—if it’s got EVEN’s name on it and it’s not product UI, it’s yours. This is a high-autonomy role for a designer who moves fast, thinks visually, and doesn’t need three check-ins to deliver something sharp. You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing and alongside the COO to keep EVEN’s marketing output consistent, on-brand, and on time. Right now our product designers are stretched across product builds and studio work. Every marketing asset that hits their queue competes with product timelines.
