CTO – Technical Product Partner

Engineer First: Deep background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Science. You understand core concepts and can apply them to real-world problems. Product Thinker: Strong UX instincts and the ability to translate business ideas into practical engineering solutions that drive growth. Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (critical for our global operations) to communicate with customers, partners, and team members across regions. AI Native: Proven experience with APIs, backends, frontends, and ML evaluation. You can design, deploy, and iterate AI-powered features with rigorous quality and governance. Build & Integrate: Deliver end-to-end, LLM-powered software and own 3rd-party API integrations. Architect robust, scalable systems and ensure seamless cross-functional execution across product, design, and engineering teams. Ship Code: This is a hands-on role. You’ll contribute full-stack work in Python/TypeScript and optimize prompts, models, and workflows for peak performance in production environments. Strategy & Roadmap: Identify gaps from customer interactions, translate them into technical requirements, and prioritize the product roadmap based on revenue potential and user impact. Technical Leadership: Create and maintain technical design docs, establish best practices, and mentor emerging engineers to maintain high velocity with quality.
