UX Designer

Are you an experienced UX Designer who thrives in live-service environments and loves shaping intuitive, scalable experiences across PC, console, and mobile?

This role is ideal for someone who can think holistically about systems while crafting polished player-facing features that evolve over time. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to define UX direction, improve the end-to-end player journey, and help ship high-quality features for a cross-platform title. If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on prototyping and data-backed decision-making, this could be the perfect next step.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the UX design of assigned game features, collaborating with product, design, engineering, and art teams.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface concepts aligned with existing design systems and style guides.
• Identify gaps, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement across the player journey.
• Develop flexible, scalable design solutions that account for edge cases and varying platform behaviours.
• Contribute to UX best practices by sharing knowledge, championing feedback, and supporting informed design discussions.
• Integrate insights from user research and data into design decisions.

What we're looking for:

• A portfolio demonstrating relevant UX or UI/UX work, including flows, prototypes, and shipped features.
• At least 5 years of experience in UX, UI/UX, or product design.
• Experience deg for cross-platform products across PC, console, and mobile.
• Background working on live-service or continuously evolving digital products.
• Strong capability in structured, systematic design thinking.
• Familiarity with user research methods and applying insights to design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Preferred: experience using Unreal Engine or similar game development tools.
