Stockholm 118 26 SE 20 hours ago Position Summary We’re looking for aSenior Player Experience Specialistto help our teams make better decisions with confidence, grounded in evidence and not instinct. This role is all about insight. Measurable, observable, well-reasoned insight. You will step into the mindset of our target audience and translate how the game lands. What works, what gets in the way, and what players will care about most. You will combineplayer research, playtesting, and data analysisto surface clear signals that help teams prioritize, iterate, and ship with confidence. Your work connects player behaviour and player perception to real product decisions. As a Senior Player Experience Specialist, you will both do the work and raise the bar through craft. You will help shape how we design studies, interpret findings, and share insight across multiple titles, contributing to systems that make player understanding reliable and repeatable. You will work with multiple Product Teams, working closely with a Product Manager, Publishing Producer, Brand Manager, and external developers. Together, you align creative, commercial, and player-facing efforts around a shared understanding of the player journey. This role is based in Stockholm, working from the House of Fury, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. We are a hybrid bunch, but this role benefits from in-person collaboration when it counts. Responsibilities As a Senior Player Experience Specialist, you will: Design and lead structured player research and playtesting across multiple titles, using both qualitative and quantitative methods Translate player behavior, feedback, and data into clear, decision-ready insight Analyze and communicate patterns in retention, engagement, stability, progression, and moment-to-moment player experience Partner closely with Product Managers to support prioritization and player-informed roadmaps Collaborate with developers to provide clear, unbiased feedback that connects player experience to detent Work with Publishing Producers to help teams make informed trade-offs around scope, timing, and quality Support Brand teams with audience insight that helps ground messaging and positioning in reality Improve how insight is shared by contributing templates, best practices, and clear ways of working that reduce friction and misinterpretation Support and mentor others in Player Experience craft through collaboration and knowledge sharing Who you are You have senior experience in UX, player research, analytics, product, or a closely related discipline within games You are comfortable deg studies, running playtests, and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative findings You know how to move from observation to insight, and from insight to action You communicate clearly and calmly with developers and stakeholders, even when findings challenge assumptions You care deeply about understanding players, and you care just as much about helping teams act on that understanding
