Today, we have a growing portfolio of games across XR, mobile, PC, and console platforms. As our portfolio and audiences expand, we are strengthening how our titles are positioned, launched, and sustained in competitive global markets. We are now looking for a Head of Marketing to lead this work. This is a senior, hands-on role for a marketing leader who can set direction, build structure, and personally drive high-quality campaigns across a multi-platform portfolio of games. About the role As Head of Marketing, you will own the global marketing strategy and execution across all game titles and the studio brand. You will be responsible for how our games are brought to market across platforms, with a strong emphasis on store presence, discoverability, long-term performance, and effective co-marketing with platform and publishing partners. You will lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team across brand, PR, social, video, and community, while staying close to campaign planning, creative development, and performance tracking. You will work closely with publishing, product, creative, analytics, and business teams to ensure marketing delivers both creative impact and commercial results. What you’ll do Own and lead the global marketing strategy across the studio brand and all game titles Set and execute go-to-market strategies for launches, updates, and live titles Drive store presence, visibility, and discoverability across XR, PC, and console platforms, in close collaboration with platform and publishing partners Define marketing goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to guide decision-making and prioritization Lead, develop, and hold accountable a multi-disciplinary marketing leadership team Own the marketing budget and make clear trade-offs to ensure spend aligns with business outcomes Represent marketing in cross-functional and executive-level planning and decision forums Represent marketing in cross-functional and executive-level planning and decision forums Requirements Senior marketing leadership experience within the games industry, with ownership of end-to-end marketing strategy and execution Strong experience marketing games with direct accountability for store presence, discoverability, and performance across digital storefronts Proven ownership of partner marketing, including co-marketing with platforms and publishers, as well as paid media and influencer or creator collaborations Demonstrated success launching and growing game titles through structured, creative, and commercially impactful campaigns Deep understanding of store ecosystems, platform dynamics, and live operations Experience leading senior teams and operating cross-functionally at leadership level Ability to balance long-term strategic direction with hands-on execution and decision-making Ability to balance long-term strategic direction with hands-on execution and decision-making Who you are You bring clarity and structure to complex challenges and are comfortable operating in evolving markets. You are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and providing calm, clear leadership when priorities shift. This is an on-site role based in Stockholm. We are therefore focusing on candidates currently residing in Sweden.
