You’ll nurture and enable the modding scene by building tools, improving pipelines, and partnering with modders and developers to deliver polished, community-driven content. You’ll also support creator collaborations from the technical side - shaping clear workflows, unblocking issues fast, and keeping quality high. What you’ll do Build and maintain mod tools and docs - from new script capabilities to reliable workflows. Support UGC development end-to-end - integration, optimization, and technical validation. Provide hands-on technical support to modders in our community channels. Pitch in across CK3 tech when needed to keep teams moving. What you’ll bring Deep understanding and appreciation of Crusader Kings III. Practical experience with CK3’s scripting system. Solid C++ development skills. Clear written and verbal communication; you collaborate well across crafts. Familiarity with modding tools, pipelines, or community workflows. Fluency in English.
