- 6:30 PM EST (7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 8:00 AM–6:30 PM | 30-min lunch + 2 breaks) Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as an Scheduler Experiencie in Home Health, Health Care, Scheduling or recruiting. Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Knowledge of basic medical terminology Fluent in English C1+ Experience with caregiving or CNA/PCA experience is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities Schedule and ensure coverage of caregiver shifts Coordinate daily caregiver activities Handle a high volume of calls and text messages professionally Maintain accurate records and update Google Sheets and CRM systems Communicate regularly with caregivers to confirm availability Support general office and administrative tasks REQUIRED SKILLS Answering telephones and call management, Customer service, Communication, Teamwork, Office administration, management, Office reception, Document and archive management, Scheduling, Documentation and record keeping REQUIRED EDUCATION High, secondary school
